How Can I Return the Product?
1. You must make your return/cancellation request for purchased products online through our website.
2. You can return the product within 14 days from the date you received it.
3. Shipping costs are processed as follows in return transactions:
• You can return it free of charge with your Easy Return code with the shipping company we have an agreement with.
• The shipping fee is paid by you for orders sent by cargo without using a return code.
• When shipping is done with a different cargo, all costs belong to the sender and the packages are not received by the company.
• Deliver your package to the cargo with the return shipping code within 7 days.
1. The refund of the returned product is made according to the following processes:
• After your application is reviewed, a return is made according to the eligibility status.
• If it is related to campaign or gift products, you must also send back the gift product.

The reflection of the refund transaction on your credit card may vary depending on the payment procedures of your bank.
How to Return a Product Purchased in a Campaign?
1. If a product purchased in a campaign continues to meet the campaign conditions at the time of cancellation or return, the campaign will not be canceled.
2. If the remaining products in the order where the return is made after cancellation or return are not sufficient to meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be made by deducting the discount amount from the campaign for the canceled or returned products.
How Can I Return My Product?
For members and non-membership purchases;
1. On the top right, under the Easy Return tab, enter the My Orders section.
2. Select the relevant order.
3. Click on the Easy Return button on the bottom right.
4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for return. If you have purchased more than one of the same product, you must also select the number of products to be returned.
5. The transaction is completed with Save and Continue.
6. As a result of your approved return request, the cargo customer code will appear on the screen. With this code, you can return the product from the nearest branch of the cargo company we have an agreement with.
