RETURN PROCESS

For the products you purchased, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Step-by-Step Easy Return Process

  1. Go to the "My Orders" section by clicking the Easy Return tab at the top right.

  2. Select the relevant order.

  3. Click the Easy Return button at the bottom right.

  4. Choose the product you want to return and the reason for the return. If you purchased more than one of the same product, you must select the quantity of products to return.

  5. Complete the process by clicking "Save and Continue."

  6. After your return request is approved, a shipping code will appear on the screen. This code will also be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. You can return the product at the nearest branch of our contracted courier company using this code.

Deliver Your Package to the Courier

  • Pack the product in its original (undamaged, unbroken) box or packaging, ensuring that the invoice and/or delivery note are included.

  • Return the product by taking it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and using the provided return code. You can return the product free of charge with this code.

  • If the product is shipped with a different courier, all costs will be borne by the sender, and the package will not be accepted by the company.

  • Ensure your package is sent within 7 days using the return shipping code.

Once the product reaches us, we will evaluate whether it meets the return conditions, and you will be informed via email about the outcome.

Return Process for Corporate Customers: For returns involving invoices issued by a corporate entity, the company must issue a return invoice on behalf of Do You Use Tüketim Ürünleri Company. If the corporate entity is an e-taxpayer, the e-return invoice number must be provided to Do You Use Tüketim Ürünleri Company during the return period. Issuing a return invoice is a legal obligation.

Things You Should Know About Returns

  • According to the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer is not responsible for changes and damages to the product that occur outside of its usual use during the cooling-off period.

  • For products sold as disassembled, if the assembly is not done according to the specified instructions or is incomplete, it is excluded from the scope of normal use.

  • Return the product in its original box and packaging, along with the original invoice or delivery note.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with relevant regulations, returns of items such as towels, bed sets, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets, spring mattresses, toilet sets, toilet lids, toilet brushes, personal care products, boots, shoes, gloves, masks, and live flowers are not accepted under any circumstances. These items can only be returned if their packaging is unopened and/or the product has not been used.

  • All your rights arising from the Consumer Protection Law are preserved, and due to rapidly changing stock and supply conditions, a return is processed instead of an exchange.If you paid by Bank Transfer/EFT, IBAN details will be required in case of returns or cancellations.
